Rudin Designs is a family owned business. The owners are Gail Rudin and Mindy Rudin. They have over 30 combined years in jewelry design, gold and silver smiting, the fabricating of jewelry and the buying and selling of precious and semi precious stones.

As designers, they have incorporated in their collections fabulous and unusual accessories. While the requisites of fashion are never far, the primary focus of Rudin Designs is a creative approach is around natural components. This is something we can never emphasize too much. One does not call a jewelry line “Nature” without weighing the serious commitment it demands.

To insure all are products are of the highest quality and value they continuously look for the best quality by searching the world over for unique precious and semi precious stones, including diamonds, jade, opals, pearls, “dzi” and other natural custom stones and beads to be incorporated into their jewelry designs using gold, silver and other products to create beautiful pieces of wearable art.

All their designs are one of kind pieces, with the highest quality of workmanship and with each stone having been personally chosen by them. All carved stones are designed by master carvers who have many years or experience. Each piece offered is both of a high quality and an extraordinary design of wearable art.

We also are importers and sellers of ancient Dzi Beads (pronounced as zeeee...beads) which we make into wearable art and jewelry.

Using our expertise, Rudin Designs has recently expanded into designing and producing a collection wearable art we call Precious Blossoms and our new product line Zorbz, which are hand made spheres created and designed by us weaving clusters of natural crystals that have special purposes and create a special energy and strength for its wearer

WITH OUR ZORBZ COLLECTION we wanted to design and produce ethereal jewelry that each individual could wear that has special qualities and promotes spiritual health.

To do this Rudin Designs created the ZORBZ.

Zorbz spheres are designed, created and produced by weaving clusters of natural crystals. Each zorbz that is hand made by us and has a special purpose and creates a special energy and strength for its wearer.

OUR DZI BEADS (PRONOUNCED AS ZEEEE...BEADS) COLLECTION consists of brown agate beads etched with mystical eyes, heavenly patterns and auspicious symbols originating from the land of mythical Buddhist Lamas and is endorsed by all to possess protective, enhancing, curative originated from Tibet and the Himalayan Mountains.

They have healing powers, which is alleged to bring fantastic good fortune, prosperity, wealth and good health to the owner. Tibetans believe that bad spirits in the environment cause negativities in life. Wearing the powerful talismanic Dzi is believed to dissipate such negativities depending on their patterns and usage.

Grounding stone your body thus creating a positive auric field which in turn creates good karma and positive energies for the person bringing good luck, good fortune, good karma, long life and protection to the wearer.

Using a magnifying glass to see the Dzi bead, you will be able to see the “weathering marks" on the Dzi bead which are called “DRAGON SKIN” which shows the estimate age of a Dzi bead.  Dui beads are never perfect and are always blemished in some way. The older a Dzi bead, the more powerful it is and the more expensive it is. Ultimately it is the preference of the buyer to decide to wear a new, antique or old Dzi bead. They serve the same purposes irregardless.
